AS1740 silicone adhesive is part of a range of high performance RTVs. It is a neutral cured silicone sealant specially designed to meet the physical, chemical and temperature resistant requirements of MIL-A-46146B. It has outstanding physical properties and is compatible with many sensitive substrates such as copper, brass, steel, aluminum and FR4, making it an ideal option for many electronic applications where high performance is paramount. The alkoxy curing system produces a silicone sealant with excellent adhesion to most common surfaces.
