The PR-1005-L is an aircraft integrated fuel tank liner. It has a service temperature range of -100 ° F (-73 ° C) to 250 ° F (121 ° C) with intermittent trips up to 135 ° C (275 ° F). This material is designed as a top coat or barrier coating. The cured coating resists prolonged exposure to both jet fuel and aircraft gas.

PR-1005-L is a one-component synthetic rubber solution. Uncured material is a fine syrup suitable for application by brush, fill-pour, dip or spray. It cures at room temperature by evaporating the solvent to form a smooth, rigid, flexible transparent film with excellent adhesion to common aircraft surfaces and polysulfide sealants. The tests below conform to MIL-S-4383 specification test methods.
