Hernon Activator 63 is a light yellow, solvent-based amine activator formulated to promote the cure of Hernon adhesives such as ReAct 761.
Features:
- Heptane/isopropanol solvent carrier
- Surfaces remain active for up to 2 hours after solvent evaporation
- Applied to one or both bonding surfaces
Applications:
- Activation of ReAct 761 adhesive systems; fixture time 2–5 minutes on grit-blasted steel
- Full cure in 3–24 hours depending on gap
