Rocol Anti-Seize Stainless 500gr Tin

ROCOL ANTI-SEIZE Stainless is a nickel-free anti-seize paste formulated for nimonic and stainless steel fasteners.

Features:

• Synthetic hydrocarbon carrier with graphite and inorganic solids; copper-free
• Excellent anti-seize properties over extended periods at high temperatures
• Provides even torque loads and resists galling and pick-up on assembly
• Protects against wet conditions and chemical attack
• Low chlorine and sulphur content (each <250 ppm)

Applications:

• Assembly of stainless steel, nimonic and silver-coated fasteners; suitable for aluminium alloys
• High-temperature applications in aerospace and power generation

Typical Properties:

• Appearance: Stiff black paste
• Temperature range: -40°C to +1000°C (-40°C to +300°C on chromium alloys)
• Coefficient of friction: 0.085
• Coverage: 10 m²/kg at 0.1 mm film
• Shelf life: 5 years from manufacture (storage 1°C to 40°C)
