Loctite SF 7200

LOCTITE® SF 7200™ is designed to help treated chemical gaskets by softening the gasket material in flanges and eliminating excessive scraping. When the product is used, it forms a foam-like layer on the gasket surface, preventing the desired locations from escaping. Thus, it ensures that it works in the desired time. Typical uses are the removal of all kinds of metal chemical gaskets from lifting flanges. The product is particularly suitable for removing gaskets from light metals such as aluminum, where excessive scraping can easily damage the flanges. It can also be used to remove hot machine oil, carbon contamination, dried oils, paints, varnishes from metal flanges or surfaces.
