Aircraft Exterior & Interior Cleaners
Cleaners for fuselage, landing gear, cabin and interior: exterior wash products, oil and exhaust stain removers, corrosion removing compounds, and glass and cabin cleaners. Most products are from Zip-Chem, alongside Socomore, Cee-Bee, Nuvite and Miller-Stephenson. MABAYCO is an authorised distributor for Zip-Chem and Nuvite. MIL-PRF-85570, MIL-PRF-87937 and AMS 1526 for exteriors, AMS 1550 for interiors and AMS 1640 for corrosion removal are the most requested specifications. OEM material compatibility approvals are given in the product documents.

Boeing's evaluation document for airplane maintenance materials, covering cleaner compatibility tests with paint, finishes and metals. Compliance is confirmed by the manufacturer's documentation.
How is the dilution ratio chosen?
Use lower dilution for heavy oil and soil and higher dilution for routine washing; ratios are in the TDS. Do not let the cleaner dry on the surface, and rinse thoroughly.
