Encapsulants & Potting

Two-part silicone encapsulants and potting compounds that protect electronic and electrical assemblies from moisture, vibration and heat; clear, thermally conductive and flame-retardant grades. Brands include Momentive (including RTV 615 and RTV 655), CHT and Wacker. Mix ratio, cure type and temperature range are given in the TDS.
