Kilfrost TKS 406B is an in-flight de/anti-icing fluid for the TKS ice protection system, which protects aircraft from in-flight icing by pumping fluid through a porous metal structure forming the leading edge of the wing; propellers and tail surfaces can be similarly protected. It is a glycol and alcohol mix manufactured to international standards.
