3M Aerospace Sealant AC-350 Class B is a fast-cure, intermediate-density, manganese dioxide cured two-component polysulfide sealant for fuel tank and fuselage applications. It is solvent free, has outstanding resistance to aviation gasoline, jet fuel and aircraft-industry chemicals, and maintains flexibility and bond strength on aluminium, titanium, steel, stainless steel, glass and many coatings.

- Class B-1/2: application life min. 30 minutes; tack-free and cure time 2–3 hours (25 °C, 50% RH)
- Mix ratio 100 base : 10 accelerator by weight; mixed colour dark grey
- Hardness 50–55 Shore A; non-volatile content 98%
- Service temperature -54 °C to +121 °C; short term up to +182 °C
- No corrosion; no crazing on acrylic or polycarbonate

- Sealing and repairing integral fuel tanks
- Sealing fuselages
Notes
- Heat up to 60 °C may be applied to accelerate cure.
