Account and orders
Why can't I see prices?
Prices and stock are visible to approved B2B accounts. Use "Request a Quote" on any product page, or apply for a B2B account.
How do I open a B2B account?
Fill in the B2B application with your company name and tax details. Once your account is approved, you see prices, stock and your order history.
Can you quote a product that isn't in the catalogue?
Yes. Send the part number or specification (AMS, MIL, OEM) and we will confirm the source and lead time.
Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
SWIFT transfer, bank transfer, credit card; open account for approved customers.
Which currency are your prices in?
All prices are in US dollars (USD).
Shipping and documents
When are in-stock products delivered?
1 day for domestic shipments and 3–7 days for exports. Export lead time varies with volume and dangerous goods class.
Which documents come with the product?
Every shipment includes a Certificate of Conformity (CoC) and the batch number. TDS and SDS can be downloaded from the product page.
How do I check batch and expiry date?
Both are printed on every package. You can ask which batch will ship before you order.
How do you ship dangerous goods?
Our DGR-trained team prepares the Dangerous Goods Declaration (DGD) in-house. Products with a UN number and class ship under IATA DGR by air and ADR by road, with compliant packaging and labelling.

Are the products genuine?
Products from the brands we distribute come directly from the manufacturer or its authorised channel.
Which approvals do you hold?
SHGM TR.TEDARİK.016, ISO 9001:2015 and NCAGE TJ791. Certificates are on our Quality Certificates page.
Which countries do you sell to?
Our main markets are Türkiye, Central Asia, the Middle East, the Balkans and North Africa; we ship worldwide.
What checks apply to export orders?
Every export order is screened for export control and sanctions; an end-user statement may be requested. See our Export Control Policy.
