3M Scotch-Weld DP410 Off-White is a low-flow, two-part toughened epoxy structural adhesive designed for use where toughness, high strength and rapid cure are required. It cures rapidly at room temperature (accelerated by mild heat) and offers good elevated-temperature and environmental resistance.
Features
- Mix ratio 2:1 by volume; work life 12 minutes
- Overlap shear 38 MPa at 23 °C, 28 MPa at -55 °C on etched aluminium (ISO 4587)
- Roller peel 240 N/25 mm at 23 °C
- Off-white, low-sag paste
Applications
- Structural bonding of aluminium, steel, brass and stainless steel
- Bonding carbon-fibre-reinforced epoxy and glass-fibre-reinforced phenolics and polyesters
