3M Scotch-Weld EC-1300L is a yellow polychloroprene (neoprene) rubber and gasket adhesive with high immediate strength and heat resistance.
Features:
- Lower-viscosity version of EC-1300 for easier brushing and spraying
- Contact adhesive: bonds immediately on contact
- Bonding range up to 8 minutes after drying

- Bonding neoprene, SBR and butyl rubber to metal, wood and plastics
