3M Scotch-Brite 7447 General Purpose Hand Pad is a non-woven abrasive for general purpose cleaning, finishing, blending, scuffing and light deburring. It is used by hand, with a hand block or on a portable machine on metal, wood, plastic, fibreglass, primer and paints.
