3M Scotch-Weld Epoxy Adhesive DP460 Off-White is a high-performance, two-part epoxy adhesive offering outstanding shear and peel adhesion and very high levels of durability. It is supplied in dual-syringe duo-pak cartridges for the 3M EPX Applicator System.

- Work life 60 minutes (20 g, 22 °C); handling strength in 4 hours
- Overlap shear 3,500 psi on aluminium, 4,000 psi on stainless steel (ASTM D1002)
- T-peel 60 lb/in width on aluminium at 22 °C (ASTM D1876)
- Hardness 77 Shore D; recognised as meeting UL 94 HB
Applications
- Structural bonding of metals (aluminium, steel, stainless steel, copper)
- Bonding of plastics and fibre-reinforced plastics (ABS, PC, PMMA, PVC, FRP)
Notes
- Cartridges: 50 ml, 200 ml and 400 ml; with 200 ml and 400 ml cartridges, attach the nozzle before dispensing.
