PPG Super Koropon® 515K011 is a fluid resistant interior primer, a conventional solids, lead and cadmium free epoxy coating formulated to protect the interior of aircraft from corrosion. It is easy to spray, compatible with epoxy and urethane interior topcoats, offers excellent adhesion to all aluminium and composite surfaces and excellent Skydrol® resistance. It is compatible with all current non-electrostatic spray equipment. Service temperature is −54 to 177 °C.

Application Properties
- Mix ratio by volume: 515K011 base 1, 910-012 activator 1
- Induction time 30 min at 22–28 °C; pot life 16 hours at 21–25 °C
- Recommended dry film thickness 12.5–22.5 µm; theoretical coverage 8.9 m²/L at 25 µm
- Application conditions 15–30 °C, relative humidity 20–90%; colour green
Drying (22–28 °C)
- Tack free 30 min; dry to tape 2 hours; dry through 4 hours
- Topcoat between 1 and 24 hours; dry to fly 48 hours; full cure 7 days
Storage
- Store at 5–35 °C; shelf life 12 months to most OEM specifications, 24 months to PRC-DeSoto standard
