3M Scotch-Weld Urethane Adhesive EC-3549 B/A NF is a two-part, non-sag urethane adhesive that provides tough, flexible bonds with good adhesion to a wide variety of substrates, especially wood and many properly abraded and cleaned plastics. Good adhesion can also be obtained on painted metals, ceramics and glass.

- Mix ratio B:A = 1:1 by volume and by weight
- Non-sag, thixotropic; work life 40 minutes at 23 °C
- Handling strength in 6–8 hours; full cure in 7 days at 23 °C
- Shore A hardness 70–80; elongation 100%
- Overlap shear on aluminium 2160 psi at 23 °C (ASTM D1002)
- Supplied in dual cartridges for the 3M EPX Applicator System
Applications
- Bonding wood and plastics such as polycarbonate, acrylic, ABS, PVC, SMC and nylon
- Bonding painted metals, ceramics and glass
Notes
- Priming of glass is required for maximum bond durability under moist conditions.
- Shelf life: 12 months from shipment when stored at 15–27 °C.
