LOCTITE® GRD A™ (LOCTITE® 088™) is a high strength, one-component, anaerobic threadlocker used to lock and seal fine threaded nuts, bolts and studs. It is a red, low viscosity dimethacrylate ester liquid. It can also be applied to pre-assembled threaded parts and for porosity sealing. It is tested to the lot requirements of Mil-S-22473E (regional approval); each lot produced in North America is tested to the requirements of ASTM D5363.

Use and Storage
- For porosity sealing, heat the area to about 121 °C, allow it to cool to about 85 °C and apply the product
- For disassembly, heat the fastener to about 250 °C and disassemble while hot
- Store at 8–21 °C in a dry location in unopened containers
