LOCTITE AA F241 is a toughened two-step acrylic adhesive designed for applications requiring high impact or peel loads. The initiator is applied to one surface and the adhesive to the other; once mated, it cures at room temperature.

- Off-white; viscosity 30,000 mPa·s; maximum gap fill 0.75 mm
- Handling strength 2–5 min with Initiator SF 737 or 0.5–1 min with Initiator No.5; full strength in 24 h
- Shear strength 35 N/mm²; 180° peel strength 6 N/mm
- Service temperature -60 °C to +120 °C

Notes
- Apply as a bead and do not smooth it; clamp until handling strength. Store at 5–25 °C.
