LOCTITE 675 is a one-component, high-strength anaerobic retaining compound for bonding cylindrical fitting parts. It cures between close-fitting metal surfaces and prevents loosening and leakage from shock and vibration.
Features
- Green liquid, fluorescent under UV light; viscosity 100–150 mPa·s
- Compressive shear ≥ 15.8 N/mm² after 24 h (steel pins and collars)
- Fully resistant to SAE 10W oil, MIL oil and aircraft fuels JP-4/JP-5 (720 h)
Applications
- Filling inner voids in close-fitting press fits, keyways and splines
- Mounting bearings and bushings; strengthening press fits
