LOCTITE 380 is a one-part, medium-viscosity ethyl cyanoacrylate adhesive that cures with atmospheric moisture. It is rubber toughened for increased flexibility and peel strength and enhanced resistance to shock, and bonds metals, plastics and rubbers.
Features
- Black liquid; viscosity 100–800 mPa·s
- Fixture time: aluminium 10–30 s, rubber 15–25 s, steel 60–120 s
- Lap shear strength 26 N/mm² on grit-blasted steel, 18 N/mm² on etched aluminium (ISO 4587)
- Retains ≥ 6.9 N/mm² on steel tested at 121 °C
