3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Epoxy Adhesive DP190 is a flexible, two-component epoxy/amine adhesive with a 1:1 mix ratio by volume. The grey version is 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ 2216 B/A Grey in cartridge form; the translucent version is similar to 2216 B/A Translucent but faster curing. It has high shear and peel strength and good environmental ageing properties. It is used with the 3M™ EPX™ applicator system.

- Hardness 35 / 60 Shore D; elongation 120% / 30%; tensile strength 2750 / 3500 psi (19 / 24 MPa)
- Tg (mid-point) 27 / 20 °C; dielectric strength 875 / 830 V/mil; dielectric constant (1 kHz) 6.2 / 6.5
- Thermal shock (+100 °C air to −50 °C liquid) passes 5 cycles without cracking
