LOCTITE EA 9891RP AERO (known as Hysol EA 9891RP) is a two-component, room-temperature-curing, abrasion-resistant repair paste adhesive for repairing LOCTITE EF 9890 AERO abradable seal. It changes colour on mixing (black Part A and beige Part B give dark grey).

- Mix ratio Part A : Part B = 100 : 40 by weight
- Pot life 20 minutes (400 g at 25 °C)
- Sandable after 3 hours at 25 °C; full cure in 24 hours
- Low density (mixed approx. 0.62 g/ml)
Applications
- Repair of LOCTITE EF 9890 AERO abradable seals
Notes
- Do not mix more than 680 g at once: dangerous exothermic heat build-up can occur.
- Shelf life: 1 year below 28 °C. Available as 680 g pint kits and 100 g barrier kits.
