LOCTITE SF 7031 (known as LOCTITE 7031) is a single-component, non-CFC, solvent-based activator for surfaces to be bonded with LOCTITE cyanoacrylate adhesives. It is recommended as a final pre-assembly treatment after cleaning, particularly for irregular or porous substrates where localised large gaps may exist.

- Drying time approx. 60 seconds at 20 °C
- Typical fixture approx. 10 seconds after assembly

- Cure acceleration of LOCTITE cyanoacrylate adhesives
- Porous or irregular substrates with large gaps
Notes
- Apply to one surface, allow to evaporate fully, apply adhesive to the other surface and assemble immediately. Highly flammable; check compatibility with plastics.
