ARDROX 1823 (Super Blue toilet sanitizer) is a specialised, formaldehyde-free sanitation product designed to give long lasting performance in aircraft recirculatory, vacuum and static toilets. It is a concentrated chemical incorporating a blend of quaternary ammonium compounds, a powerful detergent, blue dye and an efficient deodorising fragrance. It contains no formaldehyde or formaldehyde-containing substances and no free caustic alkalis or acids. It conforms to the requirements of AMS 1476A for non-corrosivity of metals and compatibility with non-metallic materials.
Use
- Charge the toilet following the established procedures of the particular airline
- As a general guide, use an initial dilution of 1% v/v (10 ml/L), charging the toilet water tank to at least 25% of its total capacity with the prepared solution
- In most cases it maintains its efficiency at dilutions up to 0.25% v/v (2.5 ml/L)
