BONDERITE L-GP D 148A ACHESON (known as Endu PTFE D 148A) is a PTFE-based varnish in solvent that forms a smooth, dry, lubricating film after curing. It is a two-component material used with the hardener BONDERITE S-OT AH 1 ACHESON.

Features
- Viscous green liquid; solids 51–53%
- Pot life of the blend 20 hours at 20 °C
- Cure approx. 24 h at room temperature, or after 1 h air drying: 2 h at 60 °C, 1 h at 150 °C or 30 min at 180 °C
Applications
- Dry-film lubrication of metal parts (spray application)
Notes
- Surfaces must be clean and degreased; sand-blasting improves adhesion. Thin with ethyl acetate, MEK or MIBK — never alcohols.
- Store at 5–40 °C; shelf life 12 months unopened.
