PPG DeSoto® CN44 is a cleaning solvent formulated for the particular requirements of aircraft painting. It is suitable for equipment cleaning and handles a wide range of surface contaminants: alcohols remove water soluble dirt, ketones dissolve resinous contamination and aromatic hydrocarbons remove oils and greases. Its balanced evaporation rate allows time for dirt to be wiped off without an excessively long drying time. It is supplied ready for use.
