Semco Pasa-Jell 105 is a red, thixotropic gel surface treatment that chemically cleans and activates aluminium to improve metal bond adhesion.

Applications:
- Surface preparation of aluminium alloys prior to adhesive bonding
- Best results after wet or dry blasting with fine grit aluminium oxide
Typical Properties:
- Dwell time: 15 minutes (brush application), then rinse with cool water
- Prime within one hour after treatment for maximum effectiveness
- Etch life: approx. 500 to 1,000 sq ft
- Colour: red; weight: 11 lbs/gal
