Zip-Chem® Cor-Ban® 35 Undyed is a long lasting, high solids, low volatiles, high penetration and water displacing corrosion inhibiting compound. It forms a thin, fast drying, non-tacky, non-sagging film and is solvent removable. It is used on high profile aircraft substrates such as upper edge floor beams, wheel wells, pressure decks and centre wing sections.

Typical Properties
- Colour transparent light yellow tint; specific gravity 0.90; solids 51% minimum
- VOC 395 g/L; flash point 46 °C; dry time under 1 hour
- Dry film below 25 µm; no cracking or flaking down to −40 °C; salt spray 2000 hours
Application
- Wet film 25–38 µm; one aerosol covers approximately 8.8 m²
- Removed with Sur-Prep 3160, D-5640NS, Zip-Strip 125M, Sur-Prep 3167 or mineral spirits
