Zip-Chem® Cor-Ban® 23 is a long lasting, water displacing and high penetration corrosion inhibiting compound. It combines the fast dry time and thin film of BMS 3-23 with the long lasting corrosion inhibition of BMS 3-29 and BMS 3-35, and is used in place of Airbus CML 15-006. It forms a non-sagging, non-tacky, detectable thin film and is solvent removable. It is used on upper edge floor beams, wheel wells, pressure decks and centre wing sections.

- Dry time under 1 hour; operating temperature −54 to 177 °C
- Dry film below 8 µm; salt spray over 3000 hours on aluminium

- Dry film 7–12 µm; one aerosol covers approximately 14.9 m², bulk material 56.2 m²/L
