Tectyl 502C is a solvent cutback corrosion preventive compound that dries to a semi-firm, amber, translucent film for protecting ferrous and non-ferrous parts during indoor or covered storage and shipment.
Features:
- Compatible with various oils and greases once cured
- Applied by spray or dip
- In gearbox interiors it does not need to be removed and dissolves in the oil
- Removable with Tectyl solvents, vapor degreasing, alkaline wash or low-pressure steam
