Zip-Chem® Cor-Ban® 23 Enhanced Dye is a long lasting, high penetration and water displacing corrosion inhibiting compound. Its stronger dye than regular Cor-Ban® 23 makes the film easy to detect visually. It forms a thin, fast drying, non-tacky, non-sagging film and is solvent removable. It may be used in place of Airbus CML 15-006. It is used on high profile aircraft substrates such as upper edge floor beams, wheel wells, pressure decks and centre wing sections.

- Colour transparent reddish pink; specific gravity 0.88; non-volatiles 42%; viscosity 35–40 cP
- Flash point 45 °C; dry time under 1 hour; operating temperature −54 to 177 °C
- Dry film below 8 µm; salt spray over 3000 hours on aluminium

- Dry film 7–12 µm; one aerosol covers approximately 14.9 m², bulk material 56.2 m²/L
- Packaging: 473 mL aerosol, 18.9 L pail
