Klüber ISOFLEX TOPAS NB 52 is a rolling and plain bearing grease based on synthetic hydrocarbon oil and a barium complex soap. The special barium-soap thickener offers good load-carrying capacity and resistance to water and ambient media, with good corrosion protection and oxidation and ageing stability.

- Service temperature -50 °C to +120 °C, short peaks up to 150 °C depending on the application
- Longer component life when exposed to water or aqueous media
- Base oil viscosity approx. 30 mm²/s at 40 °C, 5.9 mm²/s at 100 °C
- Worked penetration 265–295; beige, homogeneous, short-fibrous
- SKF-EMCOR corrosion degree 0 (distilled water)
Applications
- Rolling and plain bearings at high speeds and loads, also at low temperatures
- Tooth flanks in precision gears (e.g. bevel gears in milling machines)
- Electromechanical valve actuators, enclosed gears and seat adjustment mechanisms

- Apply by spatula, brush, grease gun or cartridge.
