LOCTITE EA 0151 is a clear, two-component, 100% solids thixotropic epoxy paste with optical clarity when used in small quantities. It is easy to mix, has a long pot life, cures at room temperature or with heat, and bonds glass, metals, circuit boards, fibre optics and many plastics.

- Pot life 60 minutes (100 g at 25 °C); shrinkage < 0.3%
- Shear strength on etched aluminium 1,850 psi (3 days at 25 °C) or 3,000 psi (2 h at 60 °C)
- Hardness 85 Shore D; dielectric strength 1,080 V/mil
- Low outgassing (NASA 1124): TML 1.51%, CVCM 0.01%
Applications
- Bonding glass, metals, circuit boards and fibre optics
- Bonding many plastics where optical clarity is required
Notes
- Do not mix more than approx. 900 g at once (dangerous heat build-up).
