MCS® 352B is a viscous assembly lubricant for components and equipment designed to use Skydrol aviation hydraulic fluids. Approved by airframe manufacturers, it lubricates seals during assembly and prevents them from being damaged. As it contains no silicone oils or petroleum based products, it introduces no foreign material into the hydraulic system.
Typical Properties
- Viscous, purple liquid; acid number max 0.2
- Soluble 5% by volume in Skydrol at 24 °C, complete, no haze
- Specific gravity (25 °C) 1.02; viscosity (99 °C) 190–225 cSt
