ROCOL® TRI-Logic HPX is a chlorine-free, extreme pressure (EP), water mix cutting fluid designed to be used as part of the ROCOL TRI-Logic system. It is formulated from selected additives to maximise sump life. It is designed for heavy duty machining of a wide variety of metals such as steel, stainless steel, aluminium and its alloys. Its lubricity and EP additives prevent built-up edge, extend tool life, particularly in roll tapping, and promote a good surface finish. It has high stability, provides residual corrosion protection and is suitable for hard and soft water. For optimum performance it is used with TRI-Logic VG68 slideway oil and, where applicable, TRI-Logic RTD tapping fluid.

Use and Storage
- Use between 15:1 and 30:1 depending on the material, the severity of the operation and the water hardness; for manual mixing, add the concentrate to the water while stirring continuously
- Optimum fluid life is obtained by thorough initial machine cleaning, correct dilution control and regular fluid maintenance
- 1 year in the original container in a cool, well ventilated area at 5–30 °C
