Nye UniFlor 8950 is a light viscosity, completely fluorinated (PFPE) oil with a very wide temperature range.

Applications:
- Slip ring lubrication, e.g. gold rings and fingers in wind turbine slip rings
Typical Properties:
- Base oil: PFPE
- Kinematic viscosity at 40°C: 17.7 cSt (ASTM D445)
- Kinematic viscosity at 100°C: 5.6 cSt (ASTM D445)
- Pour point: -90°C (ASTM D97)
- Temperature range: -90°C to +225°C
- Surface tension: 23 dynes/cm at 20°C
