MOLYKOTE 3451 Chemical Resistant Bearing Grease is a fluorosilicone oil thickened with fluorinated polymers. It provides superior resistance to most chemicals, is compatible with most gaskets, seals and packings, and resists washout by water, fuels, oils and solvents. It is an anti-friction bearing lubricant designed for applications with a wide range of temperatures, loads and speeds.

- Water washout below 0.3% at 80 °C (ASTM D1264)
- Resists solvents, acids, chlorides, low-pressure steam and condensate
Applications
- Bearings exposed to harsh chemicals or solvents
- High-speed and heavily loaded bearings
- Chemical mixers, pumps and processing equipment
- Fuel- and solvent-handling equipment
- Needle bearings in circuit breakers and sealed-for-life bearings
Notes
- Not for surfaces to be painted. Not recommended with highly oxidative chemicals (e.g. liquid chlorine or liquid oxygen); soluble in ketones.
- Shelf life: 60 months when stored at or below 32 °C.
