MOLYKOTE 3452 Chemical Resistant Valve Lubricant is a fluorosilicone oil thickened with fluorinated polymers. It provides superior resistance to most chemicals, is compatible with most gaskets, seals and packings, and resists washout by water, fuels, oils and solvents. It is a valve lubricant and sealant particularly suited to applications where corrosive or aggressive chemicals are used.

Applications
- Plug valves
- Mechanical seals, packings, rotary and reciprocating shaft seals
- Slow-speed roller and journal bearings; moderate-speed ball bearings
- Instruments in high vacuum, at high temperatures and in corrosive atmospheres
- Flexible ball joints
Notes
- Not recommended with highly oxidative chemicals (e.g. liquid chlorine or liquid oxygen); soluble in ketones.
