ZYGLO® ZL-67B, water-washable fluorescent penetrants with excellent controlled washability over a wide temperature range. They are used in a wide range of sensitivity applications, from ultra-low to ultra-high, and exhibit outstanding penetrating characteristics. These penetrants increase indication detection, speed up the inspection process, and are spray-friendly. They are affordable, easy to apply, and can be reused from the dwell cycle. Ideal for castings, forgings, rough surface finishes, seams, laps, cold shuts, laminations, cracks, delamination, and porosity.
