Magnaflux ZYGLO ZE-4B is a Method B lipophilic emulsifier for post-emulsifiable fluorescent penetrant inspection.
Features:
- Ready to use; blend of emulsifying agents and oils
- Applied by immersion; diffuses into penetrant so excess can be rinsed off with water
- Low volatility, high flash point and fast acting
- Compatible with aluminium, steel, nickel and titanium alloys
Applications:
- Excess penetrant removal with ZYGLO ZL-2C, ZL-27A and ZL-37 post-emulsifiable penetrants

- Appearance: pink/red liquid
- Flash point: above 93°C
- Density: 0.93 g/cm³
- Viscosity at 38°C: 25 mm²/s
- Operating temperature: 5°C to 55°C
