Nuvite NuShine II is a graded system of polishing compounds for new, oxidized or corroded metal substrates. It polishes to a mirror finish while leaving a protective chemical barrier against oxidation and corrosion. It is safe on all airframe component parts. It conforms to AMS 1650 and Douglas CSD-1. Grade C (PC2206) is white and is for aluminium and stainless steel substrates.
Application
- Apply small fingerprint-sized dabs to every 3 inches of substrate
- Use a rotary or orbital buffer with a pad suited to the metal and its condition
