BONDERITE C-IC 624 MOD AERO is a liquid acidic cleaner and deoxidizer designed for cleaning and deoxidizing metal surfaces prior to paint coating. It is used on ferrous and non-ferrous surfaces, except zinc and cadmium. It is non-toxic and can be applied manually wearing protective gloves. Its main ingredients are phosphoric acid and surfactant.
Dilution
- Normal duty: 1 volume product in 3 volumes water; rusted areas: 1 volume product in 2 volumes water
- Heavily oxidized areas: 1 volume product in 1 volume water
- 1 kg of product treats 15–25 m²
Application
- Apply the working solution to the surface; brush with a sponge, brush or cloth; grind rusted areas with iron wool
- Never allow the treated surface to dry; rinse immediately with water, cloths or sponges and dry with clean dry cloths
- If drying occurs, rewet with the working solution; flush cavities that cannot be reached with cloths using compressed air

- Clear liquid; specific gravity (20 °C) 1.15 g/cm³; foaming material; no flash point up to 100 °C
- Store above 0 °C in acid resistant packaging; shelf life 36 months in unopened original packaging
