PPG 5014 PU Surfacer 5425/6407 is the blue base of a two-pack polyurethane sanding surfacer for aluminium and composite surfaces.
Features:

Applications:
- Over P99 and PAC33 primers on aluminium
- Epoxy, polyester and polyamide composite surfaces
Typical Properties:
- Mix ratio: 2:1:1 by volume (5425/6407 base : 0707/9000 activator : 0491/9000 thinner)
- Pot life: 3 hours at 21–25°C (70–77°F)
- Dust-free: 90 minutes; dry to sand: 10 hours; full cure: 7 days (23°C, 50% RH)
- Recommended film thickness: 40–150 µm (1.6–6 mil)
- Theoretical coverage: 4 m²/L at 90 µm dry film
- VOC (mixed): 540 g/L
