PPG 0470/9000 is the thinner for Celoflex™ 95, a polyurethane topcoat that provides rain erosion resistance on radomes, leading edges and other metallic or non-metallic parts. Celoflex™ 95 is qualified to AIMS 04-04-016.
Celoflex™ 95 System
- Mix ratio by volume: 5478 base 1 part : 0778/9000 activator 1 part : 0470/9000 thinner 0.5–1 part
- No induction time; pot life 3 hours at 21–25 °C
- Apply 2 or 3 coats, 30 minutes apart, to 80–120 µm dry film; gloss >90 GU at 60°

Storage
- Store at 5–35 °C (41–95 °F); condition all components at 15–30 °C for 24 hours before mixing
