PPG 4125 is a two-pack, direct-adhesion epoxy coating designed to protect fasteners in aircraft assemblies, including all types of rivets, nuts and fasteners on aluminium alloys.

Components / Application
- Mix ratio by volume: 4125 base 2 parts, 0613/9000 activator 1 part, 0580/9000 thinner to viscosity
- Abrade with Scotch-Brite® and degrease before application; clean with DeSoto® CN20 or Desoclean™ 45
- Pot life: 8 hours at 21–25 °C; apply 1–2 cross coats
- Recommended dry film thickness: 20–40 µm; theoretical coverage 14 m²/L at 30 µm
