PPG Celoflex™ 95 is a polyurethane topcoat designed to provide erosion resistance on radomes and leading edges. It is intended for non-metallic and metallic parts and areas exposed to rain erosion. It offers excellent fluid, erosion and UV resistance and is conventional solids. It is applied over a suitably prepared primer or surfacer.

Application Properties
- Mix ratio by volume: 5478 base 1, 0778/9000 activator 1, 0470/9000 thinner 0.5–1
- No induction time required; pot life 3 hours at 21–25 °C
- 2 or 3 coats, 30 min between coats; recommended dry film thickness 80–120 µm
- Application conditions 15–30 °C, relative humidity 30–80%; gloss above 90 units at 60°
Drying (23 °C, 50% RH)
- Dry to handle 4 hours; dry to tape 12 hours; overcoat 4–24 hours; full cure 7 days
- At 80 °C dry to handle 90 min, full cure 3–4 hours
Storage
- Store at 5–35 °C; base and activator 12 months in unopened containers
