PPG Deft 03-BL-159 is a flat blue (FS#35237) chemically cured, two-component polyurethane military topcoat of the Deft 03 series for exterior use on aircraft and aerospace equipment.

Typical Properties:
- Mix ratio (03 series flat): 3 parts base to 1 part 03CAT catalyst by volume
- Pot life: 4 hours at 21–25°C (70–77°F)
- Dry times (22–28°C): set to touch 6 h min., dry to tape 12 h min., full cure 14 days
- VOC: 420 g/L mixed, ready to use
- Recommended DFT: 1.7–2.3 mils (42–58 µm)
- Service temperature: -54°C to 177°C
