PPG 0701/9000 is the activator component of PAC33, a two component, corrosion inhibitive polyurethane primer modified with epoxy resin. PAC33 is used in aerospace paint systems; it cures at ambient temperature and offers excellent corrosion resistance, high chemical resistance and flexibility. It is used over P99 wash primer and over pre-treated alloys for interior and exterior parts.

Use
- Mix ratio by volume: 4355/3600 base 5, 0701/9000 activator 1, 0433/9000 thinner 4–5
- No induction time required; mixed pot life 8 hours at 21–25 °C
