PPG PAC33 is a two component, corrosion inhibitive polyurethane primer modified with epoxy resin. It is designed for aerospace paint systems, cures at ambient temperature and offers high chemical resistance and flexibility. It is used over P99 wash primer and on pre-treated alloys for interior and exterior parts. 4355/3600 is the green base component of the system.

- By volume 4355/3600 base 5 : 0701/9000 activator 1 : 0433/9000 thinner 4–5
- Pot life 8 hours at 21–25 °C; apply at 15–35 °C, 35–70% RH
- Dry film thickness 15–25 µm; theoretical coverage 8–9 m²/L at 20 µm
Typical Properties
- Colour green; dust free 1 hour; dry to mask 2 hours; overcoat 1–72 hours
- Dry to fly at least 48 hours; full cure 7 days
- Mixed VOC 730 g/L; shelf life base and activator 24 months
