PPG PR-1460-Q is a fuel resistant, solvent-free electrical potting and sealing compound. Service temperature is −57 to 121 °C, with intermittent excursions up to 135 °C. It is designed for sealing and insulating electric connectors, wiring and other electric apparatus in fuel exposed applications; the cured sealant resists prolonged exposure to jet fuel and aviation gasoline. It is a two-part, manganese dioxide cured polysulfide that flows around wires and connections in electrical connectors to give complete insulation, curing at room temperature to a solid elastomer. Tests are run to MIL-S-8516 methods.

- Kits and Semkit cartridges: at least 6 months below 27 °C in unopened containers
- Pre-mixed and frozen cartridges: at least 30 days at −40 °C or below
